Demyan has over 20 years’ experience in the computer industry as Vice-President, Technology & Product Support for internet software company, InfoTech Inc. Responsible for the development team of web-based software products and support of client applications, Demyan has traveled around the world to maintain client systems. Demyan is also Vice-President of DAAD Holdings, a Winnipeg based real estate company with over 15 commercial properties.
Demyan’s community involvement includes: Head Trustee of the Ukrainian Canadian Congress Charitable & Education Trust, national Treasurer of the Ukrainian Canadian Congress (3 years) , board member of Oseredok Ukrainian Cultural & Educational Centre (9 years), Vice-President of the Council of Ukrainian Credit Unions of Canada (5 years), Vice-President of PLAST Winnipeg and active member of St. Mary the Protectress Ukrainian Orthodox Church. Demyan served on the board of Carpathia Credit Union for 15 years and served as chair of the audit committee, member of the property committee & HR committee as well as on the Wasyl Topolnicky Memorial Foundation.
