Erin Eccleston

Erin Eccleston is Partner in the Saskatoon corporate/commercial group of the leading Western Canada law firm, MLT Aikins. She practises in the areas of corporate finance and corporate/commercial law with a particular focus on energy and aviation.

Erin acts for a range of lenders, including banks and private equity firms, on various financing transactions including term debt, subordinated debt and equity investments. She also advises business clients, ranging from owner-managed businesses to larger organizations, on corporate financings.

In the energy sector, Erin advises Canadian and international companies on a variety of matters, including acquisitions and dispositions of mineral dispositions and projects, joint venture and option agreements as well as royalty and commodity agreements. In the aviation sector, her asset/equipment finance and leasing experience includes many cross-border transactions, structured finance transactions and all-inclusive management agreements.

Erin is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, Canadian Professional Business Association (Saskatoon), and Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral of the Holy Trinity; as well as Vice-Chair Royal University Hospital Foundation, and Secretary and Director Country Kids Co-operative Preschool.

Erin joined the TSF Board of Directors in 2024.
