Natalka Haras

Natalka Haras is Senior Legal Counsel with ADP Canada, a global provider of industry-leading online payroll and HR solutions. Natalka takes a practical approach to resolving legal challenges, partnering with cross- functional teams and external vendors to identify, anticipate, and prepare for emerging issues including those related to employment law, pay transparency, human rights, accessibility, privacy, AI, administrative/regulatory law and product inclusion.

Natalka’s fund development expertise includes working with McGill University’s Faculty of Law as Associate Director of Development leading a team to achieve multi-million dollar fundraising targets, and as Director of Development with the Pierre Elliot Trudeau Foundation.

In the Ukrainian community, Natalka is engaged with the Shevchenko Scientific Society of Canada, The Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Toronto and Eastern Canada, and the Ukrainian Canadian Bar Association. She has launched initiatives in support of newly arrived Ukrainians in Canada. Natalka also served as Parliamentary Election Observer & Administrator for the Donetsk observer group during the 2007 Parliamentary elections in Ukraine.

Natalka joined the TSF Board of Directors in 2024.
