Canada’s National Ukrainian Festival is a vibrant example of Manitoba’s strong and active Ukrainian community. What began as an opportunity to celebrate Ukrainian culture with Canadians has blossomed into an internationally known event. People come from all over the world to participate in the colorful and lively festival showcase of Ukrainian traditions. Pioneers of this premier event are commended for their vision.

With its beginnings in the city of Dauphin, the Festival moved to its permanent home at Selo Ukraina on the picturesque slopes of Riding Mountain National Park.
